The Gwaelod y Garth Inn is at the centre of that community. Tucked away in the north of Cardiff at the foot of the Garth Mountain, we are definitely worth finding.

Here at The Gwaelod y Garth Inn we make every effort to make you feel at home in our pub,

restaurant and rooms.

Rob and Sam took over the reins in December 2018 and are focused on ensuring that the pub's excellent

reputation is continued.

We're in for a busy week! The Mid Week Treat Menu has been so popular that we've increased our orders of Flat Iron Steak and Seabass, so hopefully we won't disappoint anyone. This week's Adult Happy Meal features a choice of three burgers: Our Classic GyG Burger Fried Chicken Burger with American cheese and sriracha mayo Cajun Butterbean Burger with chipotle sauce (VG) All Adult Happy Meals come with either a bottle of Noam or a Mini Margarita and are available every Thursday evening. A quick reminder that on Saturday 20th, the pub will be closed for a private event. We then finish the week with a fully booked Father's Day! Thank you for all your support! This Happy Meal is definitely not for children!! Starting Thursday 4th June, treat yourself to the perfect pick-me-up! Enjoy one of our amazing burgers, served with our secret seasoned fries and washed down with either a refreshing bottle of Noam Bavarian Lager or a delicious Mini Margarita. The burger will be different every week and this week we are starting with our best seller from last week’s festival. The ‘Don’t Wear White’ burger will come with a jug of our rich peppercorn sauce, either use it as a dip or smother it all over the top and dive in! **HELP. MAKE US SPARKLE!** Do you have a few hours to spare daily, Wednesday to Sunday mornings? The Gwaelod y Garth Inn are looking for a part-time cleaner/housekeeper, for approximately 2-3 hours per day, (potentially additional hours are available if required.) You’d be joining a supportive team, who take pride in our work place. You’d need an eye for detail , enjoy cleaning and have a desire to work hard to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Other Details You must be able to easily commute to the village of Gwaelod y Garth. This position is a permanent one. You must be able to prove your right to work in the UK.
